Is a launch debrief right for me, or should I hire you to write my funnel copy?

The launch debrief is great if you’re not in a position to outsource to a copywriter just yet. This is the entry-level offer that shows you exactly what needs fixing, and you go and make the changes.

If you’re in a position to hire me to write your copy, I would recommend that option, as I will review your past funnel and metrics as part of my writing process.

Can you debrief my launch if I didn’t make any sales?

Yes, absolutely! If you have a validated offer that solves a problem for your audience, there’s a clear breakdown somewhere in the funnel. The good news is, this is fixable. Usually, this comes down to a strategy or messaging problem, and that’s what we’ll uncover. I’ll find the moment/s people dropped off and build your profit plan from there. The biggest mistake is focusing on growing your list, but not fixing the gaps in your funnel.

Is this only for a flopped launch? I made $8K-15K but want to know how I can scale this offer.

Not at all. The beauty of this debrief is that it will analyse a $0 launch or a $30K launch. Technically, a launch that makes 3 sales could be more successful than a launch that made 50. If you’re in the latter boat, making sales but know they’re nowhere near where they should be, this debrief will show you the gaps to help you scale your offer.

What if the problem is that my audience is just too small?

Even if you have a small list, you should be making sales. Often, I see coaches blame their list size and go all in on audience growth, only to launch again and have the same results. This is a huge waste of time and missed revenue. While you 100% need an audience to buy from you, it’s more important to fix your current funnel conversions before growing a list of potential clients who never buy.

Is this a done-for-you service or am I doing all the work after?

This is a done-with-you service. I do the funnel and metrics analysis and the messaging audit, and create a profit optimisation plan. You show up to our call, ask your questions, and leave with a clear step-by-step action plan to implement yourself. You've got 2 weeks of Slack support while you make the changes, so you're not doing it alone.

What if I don't know my metrics or have analytics set up?

Your email provider and funnel software should show performance metrics. You don’t need to have any fancy analytics software set up. If you’re unsure, you can send me a DM @launchwitherin, and we can see if you’ve got what we need.

It’s a valid question. However, I want you to zoom out for a second. Did you create this as an expert, knowing you’re solving a real problem for your audience? Or, did you create something because you thought it would make you money? If you know this program will change lives and solves a real problem, then your offer isn’t the problem.
